甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎效果分析

目的　观察甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素对重型肝炎的治疗效果。方法　选择我院 1998年 6月— 2 0 0 3年 4月期间收治的 80例重型肝炎(其中亚急性重型肝炎 5 0例 ,慢性重型肝炎 3 0例 ) ,随机分为对照组 40例 ,应用综合性治疗 ,观察组 40例 ,在对照组治疗的基础上加用甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素 ,疗程均为 2～ 3个月 ,观察两组患者治疗后乏力、纳差、腹胀、腹水、黄疸、肝大、脾大等临床表现的改善情况及治疗 8周后肝功能的变化。结果　观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为 60 86%和 3 0 0 0 % ,肝功能的改善观察组显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎疗效肯定且显著。

The Effective Analysis of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate plus Hepatocyte Growth Factor on the Treatment of Severe Hepatitis

Objective To observe the treatment effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate plus hepatocyte growth factor on severe hepatitis. Methods 80 patients with severe hepatitis (50 subacute and 30 chronic severe hepatitis), who were admitted to our hospital between Jun. 1998 and Apr. 2003, were divided into 2 groups at random, i.e. control group and observing group, respectively consisting of 40 patients. The patients of control group were treated with general treatment, while the ones of observing group accepted diammonium glycyrrhizinate plus hepatocyte growth factor in addition to general treatment. The course of treatment lasted for 2 or 3 months. Results The total effective rates of observing group and control group were 60.86% and 30.00 respectively, which showed that the liver function of observing group improved more significantly than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate plus hepatocyte growth factor is surely effective on severe hepatitis.
