中药品种保护对我国中药标准提高的促进作用

目的研究国家中药品种保护制度实施以来对提高中药质量标准的推动作用。方法对《中药品种保护条例》实施前后各阶段的质量标准以及获得保护的品种与未获得保护的品种质量标准进行对比研究。结果获得中药保护的品种质量标准有明显提高,可控性明显高于非中药保护品种。结论分析数据说明,中药品种保护工作有力地促进了整个中药行业质量标准的提高。

Promotion Role of Progress of TCM Quality Standard by the Protected TCM

Objective The research focused on the promotion progress of TCM quality standard by the National Regulation on Protected Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods To compare the obvious advances of the protected TCM quality standard to unprotected and the TCM quality standards before and after the regulation was carried out. Results The quality standard was much better after the TCM was protected, and compare to the unprotected TCM. The protected TCM was under more objective and comprehensive control by its quality standard. Conclusions Datum shows that National Regulation on Protected Traditional Medicine has been promoting the technical level of the quality standard of TCM.
