| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊髓型颈椎病经后路单开门减压术的疗效。方法对15例脊髓型颈椎病患者,实施颈后路单开门手术,术后随访0.5年￣7年,平均随访时间3.5年。结果临床疗效用JOA评分,术前平均5.5分,最终随访平均为14.6分,平均改变率为79.1%.结论后路单开门减压术是治疗脊髓型颈椎病的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigite the effect of single segmental cervical decompression by posterior approach for cervical spondylocic myelopathy （CSM）.Methods Fifteen patients with CSM were treated with single segmental cervical decompression by posterior approach and Followed-up for 0.5 to 7 years after operation, average 3.5 years.Results According to the JOA score method,there was average 5.5 points preoperative and average 14.6 points in the final. The average alteration rate was 79.1%.Conclusion Single segmental cervical decompression by posterior approach is one of the effectual surgical treament for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. |
