后路AF内固定前路病灶清除椎体间植骨治疗脊柱结核

目的探讨后路AF内固定前路病灶清除椎体间植骨治疗脊柱结核的临床效果。方法对20例脊柱结核患者,术前行异胭肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、左氧氟沙星等抗结核治疗2~3w后,采用后路AF内固定前路病灶清除椎体间植骨融合术治疗。结果随访24~38个月,平均29个月,切口均一期愈合,椎体间植骨3~6个月融合,平均4个月,后凸畸形矫正满意,无1例复发。结论后路AF内固定前路病灶清除椎体间植骨融合治疗脊柱结核有利于恢复脊柱的稳定性,提高植骨融合率,矫正和预防后凸畸形。

Treatment of spinal tuberculosis with posterior AF plate fixation anterior radical debridement and anterior anterbody fusion

Objective To discuss the clinical signficance in terating the spinal tuberculosis with posterior AF Plute firation anterior radical debridement and anterior interbody fusion.Method20 patient with spinal tuberculosis were treated by posterior AF plate fixation anterior radical derbridement and anterior interbody fusion,Treating tuberculosis for 2-3w before operation.Result All patients were visited regularly after operation for 24-38 moths,about 29 months in avarage.their focus was eliminated complatdy,the cut became healed for the firse stage,anterior interbody fusion fused 4 months later.Conclusion Poseerior AF Plate fixution anterior radical debridement and anterior interbody fusion for treating the spinal tuberculosis are found helpful in strengthening,the stability of the spine in thoracic and lumber spinal tuberculosis proriding successful interbody fusion and recovery of pott’s Paraplegia,correcting the kyphosis and preventing progression of kyphsis.
