不同肠道准备方法对大肠癌患者肠道清洁度及舒适度的影响

目的:探讨大肠癌术前不同肠道准备方法对患者肠道清洁度及舒适度的影响。方法:将148例大肠癌手术患者分为3组,每月上旬入组的为A组,中旬入组的为B组,下旬入组的为C组,均已排除术前合并症。3组患者术前采用不同的肠道准备方法,A组采用传统肠道准备方法,B组使用复方甘露醇注射液口服,C组使用磷酸钠盐口服液(辉灵)。观察比较各组患者术中所见肠道清洁度及肠道准备过程中的反应并对其进行舒适度测评。结果:肠道清洁度:C组最佳,B组优于A组(P均<0.05)。患者舒适度比较:感觉舒适的比例C组最高、B组其次、A组最低,其中重度及极度不适比例C组最低,A组最高(P均<0.05)。不良反应发生率:B、C组不良反应发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌术前使用磷酸钠盐口服液进行肠道准备是一种较为安全、可靠的肠道准备方法。

Effects of different bowel preparation methods on intestinal cleaning and comfort of patients with colorectal cancer

Objective: To investigate the effects of different bowel preparation methods on intestinal cleaning and comfort of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods: 148 patients with colorectal cancer were divided into three groups.Group A consisted of patients who entered during the first ten days of each month.Group B consisted of patients who entered during the middle ten days of each month.Group C consisted of patients who entered during the last ten days of each month.In these patients,preoperative complications were excluded.Different bowel preparation methods were used in the three groups.In group A,traditional bowel preparation methods were used.In group B,oral mannitol was used.In group C,oral sodium phosphate was used.The intestinal cleaning and comfort of patients were observed in three groups.Results: The intestinal cleaning degree in group C was best,and in group B was better than in group A.The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of patients who felt comfortable in group C was highest,and in group A was lower than in group B.The proportion who felt severely uncomfortable in group C was lowest,and in group A was highest.The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B and C were lower than in group A.The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The intestinal preparation by oral soclium phosphate before colorectal cancer operation is a safe and reliable method.
