Abstract: | Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) is a rare hereditary disorder characterized by pachydermia, digital clubbing, and periosteal hypertrophy.
Here, we report a case of PDP showing symptoms consistent with arthritis, which was treated by oral administration of risedronate
sodium and arthroscopic synovectomy. |
