皓首复智丸对痴呆模型大鼠脑损伤组织的修复作用

Morphologic Study on Effects of Haoshou Fuzhi Capsule in Brain Tissue of Rat with Dementia

Objective To explore the repairing effects of Haoshou Fuzhi Capsul (HSFZC) in brain tissue of rats with dementia.Method With optical microscope and electron microscope morphologic changes in brain tissue of rat with dementia were observed including 10 rats of model control group and 10 rats of treatment with HSFZC and 10 rats of Naofukang treatment group.Result In model control group,the mitochondria of the neuron and gliacyte showed edema and decreasd in number.Some medullary ring membrane body were found in mitochondria,endothial cells of capillary were edema.In the treatment group with HSFZC,the nucleus chromatin of neuron was well distributed and found mitochondria increasing in number,it is more than control group (P<0.05).The mitochondria in shape was gotlen normal.Endothelial cells of capillary edema phenomenon was disappeared.The Nao fu kang treatment group showed alittle better than control group,but no statistical significance.Conclusion There are some good effects of HSFZC in repairing brain tissue of model rats with dementia.
