微柱层析法检测糖基化血红蛋白的临床意义

使用国产724弱阳离子交换树脂的微柱层析法对正常健康人、糖尿病、尿毒症和高脂血症等惠者进行糖基化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)的检测。发现正常人健康含量是6.98±1.26%、糖尿病组 HbA_1c 含量是11.98±3.98%,两组之间的差异在统计学上具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。空腹血糖与 HbA_1c 的水平呈正相关,提示 HbA_1c的检测对糖尿病的诊断和治疗效果的判断有一定的意义。尿毒症和氮质血症组的HbA_1c 含量为12.6±2.85%,亦较正常对照组为高,这是由于在患尿毒症和氮质血症时,氨基甲酰血红蛋白增高而导致 HbA_1c 含量增加。非糖尿病的高脂血症组 HbA_1c的变化是属于假性升高。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DETERMINATION OF GLYCOSYLATED HEMOGLOBIN WITH MICRO COLUMN CHROMATOGRAPHY

Weak cation exchange resin No,724 made in China was Used for the micro Column chromatographic determination of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_1c)in normal subjects and patients with diabeis,uremia or hyperlipemia,etc.The HbA_1c value in normal group was 6.98+1.26% and in diabetis group was 11.98±3.98%. The difference between the two groups was of marked significance statistically (P<0.01).The positive correlation of fasting blood sugar with the lever of Hb- A_1c suggested that determination of HbA_1c was significant for the diagnose of diabetis and judgement of therapeutic effect.The HbA_1c value in uremia group was 12.6±2.85%.It was higher than control.It is believed that the increased by uremia hemoglobin carbomylation result in an increase of HbA_1c.In the group of nondiabetic hyperlipemia the change of HbA_1c value was of pseudo increase.
