泌尿生殖系感染与支原体相关性的分析

目的通过对单纯性支原体感染患者的结果分析,了解非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎(NGU)患者与支原体感染的相互关系。方法男性标本取尿道拭子、女性标本取宫颈拭子,采用液体培养法和固体培养法进行支原体的分型鉴定。结果支原体阳性322例女性者中,NGU组解尿支原体(Uu)阳性率50.9%,非NGU组Uu阳性率46.3%,两者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);NGU组和非NGU组人型支原体(Mh)阳性率分别为7.5%和6.2%,两者比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。81例男性支原体阳性者中,NGU组Uu阳性率45.7%,非NGU组Uu阳性率51.9%,两者比较无差异(P>0.05);NGU组和非NGU组Mh阳性率分别为6.2%和8.6%,两者比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论解尿支原体和人型支原体与非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎没有相关性。

Relationship between Mycoplasma and Genitourinary System Infection

Objective To study the relationship between Mycoplasma and non-gonococcus urethritis (cervicitis)(NGU). Methods Specimens were taken from urethra of males and females by endocervical swabs. Mycoplasma agent kit was used to culture and identify of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh). Results 322 cases of females positive. There were no significant difference in the positive rate of Uu between the groups with NGU (50.9%) and without NGU (46.3%, P>0.05). There were also no significant difference in the positive rate of Mh between the groups with NGU (7.5%) and without NGU (6.2%, P>0.05). 81 cases of males positive. The positive rates of Uu of the groups with NGU (45.7%) and without NGU (51.9%) showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The positive rates of Mh between the groups with NGU (6.2%) and without NGU (8.6%), showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion There was no relationship between Mycoplasma (Uu and Mh) and non-gonococcus urethritis (cervicitis).
