| 摘 要： | 目的:研究雷尼替蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对动物4种实验性胃溃疡的影响.方法:采用小鼠水浸应激性胃溃疡模型、消炎痛型胃溃疡模型、大鼠幽门结扎胃溃疡模型及大鼠乙醇损伤型胃溃疡模型,观察蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对胃溃疡的抑制作用.结果:蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对动物实验性胃溃疡具有显著的保护作用,显著抑制溃疡发生.结论:蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物是一种具优势的消化性溃疡治疗药物.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of EELC on four kinds of experimental gastric ulcer.Methods: The inhibitory effect of EELC(ethyl acetate ext raction of L oniceracaerulea L.V ar.edulis Turez.Ex Herd, EELC)on experimental ulcers:including aqueous extract excitability ulcer in rats,indomethacin induced ulcer in rats,pyloric ligation ulcer in rats,ethanol induced ulcer in rats were observed.Results:EELC showed significant protective effect on 4 experimental gastric ulcers.EELC significantly reduced the gastric ulcer genesis in animal models than comparison in these models.Conclusion:EELC is a suit medicine of gastric ulcer because it possesses the inhibitory effect of gastric ulcer protective. |
