全凭七氟烷麻醉在老年腹腔镜手术中对循环功能的影响

目的探讨全凭七氟烷麻醉在老年腹腔镜手术中对循环功能的影响。方法选择58例择期进行腹腔镜手术的老年患者,采用全凭七氟烷麻醉的方法 ,分别记录诱导前、诱导后2min、插管即刻、插管后1min、插管后5min、气腹完毕时的HR、SBP、DBP、MAP,并记录停药至苏醒的时间及苏醒时相应血浆靶浓度。结果插管即刻HR、SBP、DBP和MAP与诱导前比较均升高（P〈0.05）,人工气腹完毕时SBP、DBP和MAP也较诱导前明显升高（P〈0.05）,其他各时点血流动力学参数与诱导前比较无统计学差异。停药至患者苏醒的平均时间为（10.24±5.34）min,相应血浆靶浓度为（1.34±0.54）μg/ml。讨论采用全凭七氟烷麻醉对改善老年腹腔镜手术患者的预后具有重要意义。

The effect of depends on sevoflurane anesthesia in function of cycle for the elderly patients in laparoscopic surgery

Objective To probe into the effect of depends on sevoflurane anesthesia in function of cycle for the elderly patients in laparoscopic surgery.Methods 58 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients,and sevoflurane anesthesia used depends on the method.Recorded before induction,after induction of 2min,immediate intubation,after intubation 1min,intubation after 5min,the end of pneumoperitoneum HR、SBP、DBP、MAP,and the stop time to wake up and wake up when the corresponding target plasma concentration.Results Immediate intubation HR,SBP,DBP and MAP were compared with pre-induced increased significantly（P〈0.05）.The end of pneumoperitoneum SBP,DBP and MAP are significantly higher than before induction（P〈0.05）.Other point in time with the induction of hemodynamic parameters showed no significant difference before.Drug to patients with the average time to wake up is （10.24 ±5.34）min,and the target plasma concentration of the corresponding is（1.34 ±0.54）μg/ml.Conclusion Depends on the use of sevoflurane anesthesia on the elderly to improve the prognosis of patients with laparoscopic surgery is important.
