温肾利湿、活血降浊法治疗慢性肾衰竭187例临床观察

目的 观察自拟温肾利湿、活血降浊中药汤剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效. 方法选择CRF患者356例,按照随机、平行对照原则分为治疗组187例及对照组169例,治疗组用温肾利湿、活血降浊中药汤剂每日1剂配合西医对症处理,对照组仅予西医对症治疗,2组均治疗6个月.观察治疗前后临床症状分级量化积分,监测肾功能、血小板、凝血功能等相关指标.结果 治疗组肾功能、症状积分显著改善,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01). 结论自拟温肾利湿、活血降浊中药汤剂能够改善CRF患者症状及肾功能,延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展.

Therapies of warming kidney and draining dampness, and activating blood circulation and descending turbid used in 187 cases of chronic renal failure

Objective To observe the curative effects of the self-made decoction with the actions of warming kidney and draining dampness, and activating blood circulation and descending turbid on chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods The patients (n=356) with CRF were divided, according to the principle of parallel control, into the treatment group (n=187) treated with the decoction (one decoction daily) combined with Western expectant treatment and control group (n=169) treated with Western expectant treatment only. After 6 months the grade quantity integrals of symptoms were observed and some indexes including kidney function, platelet and coagulation function were detected.Results In the treatment group the kidney function and symptom integrals were improved significantly and had statistical significance compared with those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The self-made decoction with the actions of warming kidney and draining dampness, and activating blood circulation and descending turbid can relieve the symptoms of the patients, improve the kidney function and delay the development of CRF.
