海南香茅油超临界CO_2萃取条件的优化和筛选

摘    要:目的:对海南香茅油超临界CO2流体萃取工艺条件进行优化。方法:采用正交试验法,以萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间为考察因素,以香茅油的萃取得率为指标筛选香茅油的提取工艺。结果:优选出的香茅油最佳提取工艺条件为:萃取压力为15MPa,萃取温度为45℃,萃取时间为90min。结论:香茅油的超临界CO2萃取法较水蒸气蒸馏法具有工艺条件稳定、提取时间短、产率高等优点,为香茅油生产技术的改良提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology of citronella oil. Methods: Ortogonality measure was applied in this study, and parameters affected the citronella oil extraction yield such as pressure; temperature, time and the percentage of extraction yield of the oil were observed to evaluate the extraction technology. Results: The optimum conditions for the citronella oil extraction included extraction pressure, 15 MPa, extraction temperature, 45 ℃ and the extraction time, 90 min. Conclusion: The above mentioned extraction technology and optimum conditions provided theory basis for the improvement of citronella oil extraction technology.
