| 摘 要： | 目的：了解分析抗菌药的用药特点、发展趋势和存在问题，促进临床合理用药。方法：利用医院药库计算机网络管理系统收集我院2004年1月～2006年12月抗菌药的出库销售数据，采用医院药品ODDs排序分析原理进行分类、统计、分析。结果：抗菌药占全院药品销售总金额的比例逐年下降。三年平均比例为17．01％，低于全国医院27.97％的平均水平；喹诺酮类药物的DDDs一直处于第一位，年平均增长率14．1％；头孢菌素类稳居第二，DDDs年平均增长率13．61％。用药金额头孢菌素类远高于喹诺酮类药。结论：我院抗菌药临床使用的总体水平正朝着趋于合理的方向发展。
