莱菔子脂肪酸成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:目的研究中药莱菔子提取物的质量控制方法。方法采用超声提取法提取莱菔子种子中的脂肪酸成分,进行甲酯化处理后用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)联用技术分离和鉴定脂肪酸成分的组成和含量。结果从莱菔子中共分离鉴定出7种脂肪酸成分,占总量的99.80%。结论分离鉴定出的7种脂肪酸成分中相对含量较高的有油酸(34.84%)、亚麻酸(26.16%)、芥酸(20.33%)、棕榈酸(11.23%)等脂肪酸。

Abstract:Objective To establish the methods for the determination of Semen Raphanus. Methods The fatty acids from the seeds of Semen Raphanus were extracted with petroleum ether by ultrasonic technology. The extracted fatty acids were esterified and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results Seven fatty acids were detected and identified, amounting for 99.80% of the total fatty acids. Conclusion Seven fatty acids were detected and identified, mainly including 9-octadecenoic acid methylester (34.84%), 9, 12, 15- octadecatrienoic acids methylester (26. 16% ), 13- docosenoic acid methylester (20. 33% ), hexadecanoicacid methylester (11.23%).
