高龄食管贲门癌46例诊治分析

目的：分析影响高龄食管贲门癌手术的因素。方法：对46例高龄食管贲门癌手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：手术切除44例，切除率95．7％。出现并发症14例(30．4％)，肺炎、肺不张、肺部感染8例(17．4％)，胸腔积液5例(10％)，心律失常18例(39．1％)(室上性心动过速13例、房颤2例、室性早搏3例)，吻合口瘘2例(4．5％)，死亡1例(2．2％)。术后平均住院16d。1年生存率80％(32／40)，3年60％(18／25)，5年30％(3／10)。结论：对高龄食管贲门癌患者采取手术治疗可以取得满意效果。

Diagnosis and treatment analysis of 46 elderly patients with carcinoma of esophago cardia

Objective:To analyze the factors infl uencing operation of elderly pat ients with carcinoma of esophago cardia. Methods: C linical data of 46 el derly patients with carcinoma of esophago cardia were analysed retrospectively. Results:44 pa tients underwent operations, excision rate 95.7%. 14 patients occured complicati ons (30.4%), 8 patients had pneumonia, pulmonary atelectasis or pulmonary infection (17.4%); 5 pleural effusion (10%), 18 cardiac arrhythmia (39.1%, 13 supraventri cular tachycardia, 2 atrial fibrillation and 3 premature ventricualr contraction ); 2 stoma fistula (4.5%); 1 death (2.2%). The patients stayed in hospital 16 days averagely after operation. Survival rate of 1st year was 80 %( 32/40), 2nd 60 % ( 18/25), 5th 30(3/10). Conclusion:Operation has cont ent effects on elderly patients with carcinoma of esophago cardia.
