| 摘 要： | 目的总结浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的经验,并探讨临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析行浅低温不停跳心内直视手术的577例患者,包括先天性心脏病539例,心脏瓣膜病22例,心脏粘液瘤16例。结果术后死亡7例（1.2%）,出现一过性血尿98例（17.0%）。随访496例,平均时间（48.2±25.3）月,无远期死亡。术后心功能Ⅰ级329例,Ⅱ级135例,Ⅲ级32例,较术前有明显改善。复查超声心动图,无缺损残余漏、瓣周漏,心脏粘液瘤无复发。结论浅低温不停跳体心内直视手术适用于大多数简单的先心病,能较大程度地避免心肌缺血、缺氧损伤,有利于心肌保护,有助于防止缺损残漏和传导阻滞的发生;但不能提供安静无血的手术野,显露相对较差,增加了手术难度。
