| 摘 要： | 目的了解2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者胰岛素和血脂的相关关系。方法检测30健康人群和26例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清的胰岛素和血脂情况,并分析两者的相关关系。结果两组的血清胰岛素、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者高于健康人群;进一步分析显示,2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的胰岛素和总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白之间均存在明显相关关系（P〈0.05）。结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的胰岛素和血脂均有明显的升高,并且它们之间的关系密切,有一定的临床参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of insulin and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic patient with coronary heart disease.Methods Insulin and blood lipid were detected in healthy people（n=30） and type 2 diabetic patient with coronary heart disease（n=26）,and analyzed their correlation.Results There were statistical significance in insulin,TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C between groups（P0.01）,the value in type 2 diabetic patient with coronary heart disease was higher than that in healthy control group.Further analysis showed there were significant correlation between insulin and TC、TG、HDL-C（P0.05）.Conclusion The value of insulin and blood lipid has significantly increased in type 2 diabetic patient with coronary heart disease,and there were correlation between them.The changes and correlation of insulin and blood lipid has clinical significance in type 2 diabetic patient with coronary heart disease. |
