血液稀释加复方丹参注射液和生脉注射液治疗大鼠百草枯中毒的效应研究

目的：观察血液稀释加复方丹参注射液和生脉主射液对百草枯中毒大鼠的治疗效应。方法：采用２０％百草枯以２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ使大鼠中毒，中毒后８～９小时分别进行常规激素（Ｃ组，ｎ＝２０）、复方丹参注射液加山莨菪碱（Ｄ组，ｎ＝２０）、血液稀释加复方丹参注射液和生脉注射液（Ｅ组，ｎ＝２０）治疗。结果：与实验中毒（Ｂ组，ｎ＝２０）对比，存活率以Ｅ组最高（８０％），肺系数及伊文思蓝含量也以Ｅ组显著降低（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１）。病理改变呈显著肺瘀血、肺水肿、肺组织炎症，大部分死亡鼠的肺实质呈肝样变性，而Ｅ组病变改善最明显。结论：控制性血液稀释加复方丹参注射液与生脉注射液对百草枯中毒大鼠治疗有显著效果。

Effects of hemodilution combined with Shengmai injection and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection on treatment for paraguat poisoning in rat models

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of hemodilution combined with Shengmai injection and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection on treating paraguat poisoning in rat models.Methods:The rat models of paraguat poisoning were established by 20% paraguat in dosage of 25 mg/kg and divided into several groups to treat with different ways.The therapy was begun 89 hours after poisoning.Group C ( n =20) was treated with conventional dexamethasone,group D ( n =20) with composite salvia miltiorrhiza and anisodamine,and group E( n =20) with hemodilution combined with Shengmai injection and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Results:In comparison with poisoning group (group B, n =20) the surival rate (80%) in group E was the highest meanwhile the pulmonary index and cotent of Evans blue in group E were significantly decreased ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).The pathological changes in lungs in group B were obvious congestion,edema,and inflammation and the hepatoshape denaturations of pulmonary parenchyma were developed,however the improvements of pathological changes in group E were most marked.Conclusions:The treatment with controlled hemodilution combined with Shengmai injection and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection for paraguat poisoning possesses significant effects.
