| 摘 要： | 目的：探索畲药对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎129例随机分为观察组和对照组,2组在西药常规治疗的基础上,观察组加用畲药乙肝方治疗,3个月后观察症状体征,肝功能,HBeAg,HBV-DNA的变化情况。结果：2组在肝功能指标,HBeAg,HBV-DNA阴转及疗效等方面比较差异均有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：畲药乙肝方对慢性乙型肝炎有改善症状体征和肝功能作用,对HBV的复制有一定抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe the curative effect of She medicine on Chronic Hepatitis B . Methods: 129 cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the treated group and control group. They were treated with western medicine ,and treated group was given She medicine, 3 month later, we observed symptom,syndrome ,function of liver,change of HBeAg,and change of HBV-DNA. Results: Function of liver,negative conversion effect of HBeAg and HBV-DNA showed singnificantly difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01) between treated group and control group. Conclusion: She medicine can improve clinical symptoms and function of liver on Chronic Hepatitis B,and has Inhibitory effects on HBV virus replication. |
