| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨局部T淋巴细胞与瘢痕增生的关系。方法：用免疫组化、VC染色及图像分析等方法分别测定瘢痕疙瘩、增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织中T淋巴细胞及胶原纤维含量。结果：瘢痕组织中T淋巴细胞及胶原纤维含量显著多于正常皮肤组；瘢痕疙瘩T淋巴细胞及胶原纤维含量显著多于增生性瘢痕。结论：T淋巴细胞可能在瘢痕的发生发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of T-lymphocytes in scar formation.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique,VG stain and image analysis were used to determine T-lymphocytes infiltration and content of collage fibrils in tissue of 6 keloid,14 hyertrophic scar and 10 normal skin.Results:Results of image analysis indicsted that the T-lymphocytes infiltration and content of collage fibrils in both keloid group and hypertrophic scar group were much more than that in normal skin,moreover,that in keloid group were more than that in hypertrophic scar group.Conclusions:It is suggested that T-lymphocytes may play an imortant role in scar formation. |
