| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子和白介素-8在先心病合并肺动脉高压体外循环期的变化特点.方法 将40例左向右分流的先心病患者分为非肺动脉高压组与肺动脉高压组.比较两组开放升主动脉后的1、2、4、6 h肿瘤坏死因子和白介素-8的水平.结果 体外循环后,两组的肿瘤坏死因子和白介素-8水平均高于术前水平（P＜0.05）,而肺动脉高压组明显高于非肺动脉高压组（P＜0.05）.结论 体外循环使肿瘤坏死因子和白介素-8合成增加,合并肺动脉高压者高于无肺动脉高压者.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of TNFa and IL-8 with CPB of congenital heart disease combined with pulmonary hypertension.Methods 40 patients with left-to-right shunt of congenital heart disease divided into non-pulmonary hypertension group and pulmonary hypertension group.The levels of two group TNFa and IL-8 were compared after opening ascending aorta 1,2,4,6h.Results After CPB,the levels of TNFa and IL-8 were higher than preoperation(P<0.05),in pulmonary hypertension group the levels were significantly higher than that of the next one(P<0.05).Conclusion TNFa and IL-8 increase in CPB and the pulmonary hypertension is higher than in non-pulmonary hypertension group |
