134例颌面创伤患者心理障碍分析及对策

目的：通过对134例颌面创伤患者心理状态调查,分析相关因素,并就减轻患者心理障碍作初步探讨。方法：就1989年以来收治的各种颌面创伤134例患者在治疗期间的心理变化,临床表现进行了解,出院后随访20例患者,对其在家庭生活中和社会活动方面的反应作进一步研究,结果：134例颌面创伤患者因面容和／或功能受损均存在不同程度心理障碍。结论：颌面外科工作者应重视心理方面研究,从医学美学角度,及早地诊治和修复患者的创伤和面容,是消除或减轻患者心理障碍的主要方法。

Objective By investigating 134 facial trauma patients' psychological status, we analyzed the relative factors and made a preliminary study on how to lessen their psychological obstacles. Methods 134 cases enrolled in from July, 1989 with different kinds of facial traumas were collected and their psychological changes and clinical manifestations during the treatment were investigated. 20 patients were followed up and their manifestations in their family lives and social activities were deeply inquired. Results Because of their facial and functional trauma, all of the patients had various degrees of psychological obstacles. Conclusion Maxillofacial surgeons should pay more attention to patients' psychological status. To diagnose and reconstruct their facial trauma aesthetically as early as possile is the main method to eliminate or lessen those patients' psychological obstacles.
