摘    要:氨基酸衍生物在体外培养条件下,对多种细菌有抑制和杀灭作用,但对真核细胞的作用尚未见报导。本实验用赖氨酸月桂基盐酸酯盐溶液作用于手术造成的豚鼠左腹部外侧皮肤创面,与空白对照侧和实验对照侧的比较,结果表明赖氨酸月桂基酯对豚鼠皮肤补偿性再生有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:Twenty-one guinea-pigs were wounded by operation on left and right external abdomen of each animal. The wound size was 1.5×1.5cm~2. The left wounds (used as the experimental group) were smeared with the solution of Lysine Lauryl ester chlorate (0.02%, three times a day), while the right wounds (used as the empty control group) were not smeared. On the 2nd, 4th, 7th, 10th. 12th, 14th,15th days after operation, specimens for experiments were taken from the wounds of both sides. Other 6 guinea-pigs were treated in a similar manner. Their left wounds were also used as experimental group, but their right wounds (the experimental control group) were smeared with diluted hydrochloric acid (pH = 6). The specimens were taken on the 5th and 8th days after operation. The results showed: the width of the regenerative epidermal nonkeratinized area on the edge of the wound, the width of the loose connective tissue area under the epidermis near the edge of the wound, and the thickness of the granulatiou tissue of the wound were greater on the experimental side than those on the empty control side and the experimental control side; the numbers of the capillaries in the lower regenerative epidermal area and in the anterior regenerative epidermal area as well as in the granulation tissue of the wound were more on the experimental side than those on the empty control side and the experimental control side. From the foregoing facts, it is considered that Lysine bauroyl eater has an obvious accelerative effect on compensatory regeneration of the skin of guinea-pigs.
