| 摘 要： | <正> It was reported that low concentration of MMC as Dl could induce an adaptive response in human lymphocytes in vitro. When mice were exposed to 10 or 50 mGy X-rays , the bone marrow or germ cells exhibited less frequencies of chromatid aberration induced by 0. 5,2. 5 or 5. 0 mg/kg of MMC as D2 in vivo condition. The present study was for the first time to examine the cross-resistance between the radiation and chemical mutagens in vivo condition in both somatc and germ cells.
