| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析32例复发性腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床资料。结果全组无复发,术后发生尿潴留2例、阴囊积液1例、切口感染1例。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝复发率低、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the therapeutic efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal herina.Methods 32 Patieuts with recurrent inguinal hernia treated by mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were cwed by tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair.Complications occured in 6 cases.No recurrence was reported.Conclusion Patients with recurrent inguinal hernia who undergo tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair have low recurreuce rate.Less postoperative pain and return to normal activity and work sooner.This procedure may have fewer complications with perfect management. |
