| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大面积脑梗塞的临床特点与治疗措施。方法对48例大面积脑梗塞患者的临床表现与治疗进行详细的观察和研究。结果大面积脑梗塞常见的病因有高血压脑动脉硬化、心源性栓塞等。其临床特点为突然起病、进展快,主要症状有病灶对侧偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍和同向性偏盲,意识障碍,眼球同向侧视障碍,颅内高压。结论大面积脑梗塞是脑梗塞中较重的类型。抓住其临床特点,及早诊断,急性期治疗应以积极降低颅内压、控制脑水肿,以及脑保护为主的综合措施。
