视网膜囊肿的超声诊断价值

目的探讨视网膜囊肿的声像图特点及临床意义。方法应用高频超声及彩色多普勒显像技术对16例视网膜囊肿患者仔细探查,观察晶状体、视网膜、玻璃体等眼球内情况。结果本组视网膜囊肿患者均合并视网膜脱离,其中10例合并部分性视网膜脱离,6例合并完全性视网膜脱离。声像图表现为:脱离的视网膜上可见一囊泡状隆起,近椭圆形,内为无回声。结论视网膜囊肿是一种十分罕见的疾病,高频超声及CDFI技术对其有非常高的诊断价值,可为眼科临床提供可靠的诊断依据。

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Retinal Cysts

Objective To study sonographic features of retinal cysts and their clinical significance.Methods Sixteen patients with retinal cysts were examined with high-frequency probe and color Doppler ultrasound.Results In all the patients with complicated retinal detachment.10 patients of them were with partial retinal detachment and 6 patients with total retinal detachment.Conclusions Retinal cyst is a rare disease.High- frequency probe and color Doppler flow imaging are valuable in retinal cyst dignosis to provide reliable diagnostic bases for ophthalmic clinical practice.
