尿感方对小鼠抗炎与免疫调节作用及对大鼠黏膜免疫的影响

目的研究尿感方对小鼠的抗炎与免疫调节作用以及对大鼠的黏膜免疫作用。方法酶标法测定尿感方对二甲苯致炎小鼠血清前列腺素E2（PGE2）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MAD）、一氧化氮（NO）含量的影响；观察尿感方各剂量组对免疫低下小鼠免疫脏器指数的影响；酶标法测尿感方对大鼠尿液分泌型免疫球蛋白（sIgA）含量的影响；Real—timePCR法测定尿感方对大鼠膀胱组织分泌片段（SC）基因表达的影响。结果与空白模型组比较，尿感方能增加致炎小鼠血清SOD含量，降低血清MAD含量（P〈0．05），并能增加大鼠尿液中sIgA含量（P〈0．05），增加大鼠膀胱组织中SC基因的表达（P〈0．05）；与空白模型组比较，尿感方能增加免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数与胸腺指数（P〈0．05）。结论尿感方能调节模型小鼠血清中炎症因子水平并发挥抗炎作用，且有一定的免疫调节作用；能增加大鼠尿液中sIgA含量，以及膀胱组织中SC基因的表达，增强尿道防御外来致病菌侵袭的能力。

Methods Use Elisa method to test the inflammation of NiaoGanFang in mice, serum PGE2 , SOD, MAD, NO content influence ; Observe the effiction of NiaoGanFang in low immune mice of spleen index and thymus index ; use Elisa method test rat urine sIgA content; Use Real-time PCR method to test of the expression of NiaoGanFang in Rat bladder SC gene. Results compared with control group NiaoGanFang can increase the sense of urine inflammation mice serum SOD content, reduce serum MAD content （p 〈 0.05 ） ; Compared with control group, NiaoGanFang can increase the spleen index low immune mice with the thymus index （p 〈 0. 05 ） ; NiaoGanFang can increase the rat urine in slgA content （p 〈 O. 05 ） ; NiaoGanFang also can increase expression of rats bladder SC gene （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion the NiaoGanFang can adjust inflammation factor in serum to play anti-inflammatory effects ; increase the cotent of slgA in urine And increase the express SC gene in bladder , enhance the defense ablity of urethra.
