风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术后的康复护理

[目的]探讨风湿性心脏病心脏瓣膜置换手术后的护理措施和效果。[方法]将2002年10月—2005年6月就诊的风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术后病人86例,随机分成观察组与对照组。观察组采取术后护理干预措施,制定个性化康复手册,增强心功能、抗凝剂应用、饮食、运动和休息指导,对照组不作干预,以并发症出现早晚、再次入院时间长短为观察指标。[结果]对观察组病人采用的各种护理措施效果明显优于对照组。[结论]通过对风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术后护理干预措施的实施,能够减少手术后并发症、延长再次入院时间,提高病人的术后生活质量。

Rehabilitation nursing of rheumatic heart disease undergoing valve replacement

Objective:To probe into nursing measures and its effect of rheumatic heart disease patients after undergoing valve replacement.Methods:A total of 86 rheumatic heart disease patients undergoing valve replacement in our hospital from October 2002 to June 2005 were randomly divided into test and control group.Postoperative nursing intervention was carried out for the test group cases,including that to work out individualized rehabilitation handbook,to improve heart function,to apply of anticoagulant,and to provide instructions for their diet,sports and rest.Patients of control group were not given any intervention.Indexes including the time of complications occurring and the length of re-hospitalization time were observed.Results:The effect of every nursing measure for test group cases was much better than that of control group cases.Conclusion:By carrying out nursing intervention measures for rheumatic heart disease patients after undergoing valve replacement can decrease their postoperative complications,postpone re-hospitalization time,and promote the quality of life for them.
