| 摘 要： | 肿瘤淋巴管形成与抑制在消化系恶性肿瘤转移中的作用逐渐受到重视,阻断淋巴管生成是抑制肿瘤淋巴道转移的有效途径,有关恶性肿瘤淋巴管生成机制的研究不断深入。此文综述了肿瘤淋巴管内皮细胞的分子标志物及针对上述靶点的抗肿瘤淋巴管生成的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | The role of lymphangiogenesis and depression in metastasis of digestive system malignant tumor is thought to be important.Targeting to depress lymphangiogenesis is an effective method to prevent tumour metastasis.The mechanism of lymphangiogenesis has been studied.This article reviews the markers of lymphatic vessel endothelial cell and therapy against these targets. |
