天麻钩藤饮联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压对照观察

[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效。[方法]将90例原发性高血压患者根据药物应用的不同分为治疗组与对照组各45例。对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片,1次/d,1片/次,20mg/片,口服。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用天麻钩藤饮(药用天麻、钩藤、石决明、川牛膝、杜仲、夜交藤、茯苓、黄芩、生地、首乌、甘草),水煎服。观测治疗前后坐位血压。治疗3个月判定疗效。[结果]两组血压较治疗前均显著下降,治疗组降压幅度较对照组更加明显。治疗组总有效率95.60%,对照组总有效率71.10%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]天麻钩藤饮联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压能提高治疗疗效,有效起到降压的效果。

Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension Control Observation

[Objective] To observe the effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with nifedipine in the treatment of primary hypertension.[Methods] 90 cases of primary hypertension patients according to the drug application were divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group oral nifedipine sustained-release tablets,1 /d,1 / 20mg/,tablets,oral.The treatment group were treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction(medicinal Gastrodia elata,hooked uncaria,abalone,Achyranthes bidentata,eucommia,Polygonum multiflorum,tuckahoe,Radix Scutellariae,raw land,fleece-flower root,licorice),decoct with water.Observation of blood pressure before and after treatment.3 months of treatment the curative effect.[Results] Two groups of blood pressure than before treatment were significantly decreased,the treatment group than in the control group were more obvious pressure amplitude.The total effective rate of treatment group 95.60%,control group in the total efficiency of 71.10%,the total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion] Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with nifedipine in the treatment of primary hypertension can improve curative effect,effectively plays the antihypertensive effect.
