南充市高坪区城镇居民基本医疗保险制度实施情况调查

目的了解南充市高坪区城镇居民基本医疗保险的实施现状以及居民对医疗保险的评价、意见和建议,为完善城镇居民基本医疗保险制度提供政策建议。方法通过随机抽样方式抽取156名已参保居民,采用自编问卷进行现场问卷调查。结果 64.83%（94/145）的参保居民是因为参保能减轻医疗负担而参保,77.24%（112/145）的居民认为居民医疗保险能减轻医疗负担,80.69%（117/145）参保居民对医疗保险定点机构尚满意,84.83%（123/145）的参保居民认为参加居民医疗保险是必要的。结论城镇居民基本医疗保险制度在一定程度上减轻了参保者的医疗负担,但仍有一些需要改进的地方,如提高医保待遇、加强社区医疗卫生建设等,以进一步完善医疗保险制度,促进医疗卫生事业的发展。

Status survey on the implementation of basic medical insurance system among urban residents in Gaoping district of Nanchong city

Objective To understand the implementation situation of basic medical insurance system among the urban residents in Gaoping district of Nanchong city,and the evaluation,opinion and suggestion of residents on medical insurance sys-tem, in order to provide urban residents policy suggestion for perfection of basic medical insurance system. Methods A total of 156 insured residents were selected by random sampling method ,and self-made questionnaires were used for field investigation. Results 64.83%（94/145）of residents paticipated in medical insurance system because the insurance could reduce the medical burden,77.27%（112/145） of the residents believed the insurance could reduce medical burden,and 80.69（117/145） of the resi-dents were satisfactory with insurance designated agencies and 84.83%（123/145） of the residents thought it was necessary to par-ticipate the insurance system. Conclusion The basic medical insurance system among urban residents can reduce medical bur-den to some extent,but there are still some areas for improvement,like improving the treatment of medical insurance,strengthen-ing construction of health care in community and so on,which will further improve medical insurance system,promote the devel-opment of medical and health services.
