摘    要:目的通过志愿者进行第三方问卷调查及体验式访谈了解医患关系现状,分析影响医患关系的不和谐因素,提出构建和谐医患关系的对策。方法在上海某所三级甲等医院发放问卷600份,进而找出医患双方的认知差异及影响医患和谐的因素。结果医患双方医患关系认识上存在分歧,医患沟通不理想导致患者不信任医生进而对于治疗依从性差,患者期望过高而目前的技术无法治愈部分疾病是主因,而患者和医生分别希望通过降低药费和提高医务人员待遇缓解医患紧张现状。结论构建和谐医患关系是一个系统工程,需要政府、医方、患方和社会等各方的努力。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate current doctor-patient relationship with questionnaire of the third party of vol- unteer and make experiential talk about it, analyze disharmonious factors affecting doctor-patient relationship and recom- mend the countermeasures for the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Methods:600 copies of ques- tionnaires made by three hospitals of the third grade, class A in Shanghai were distributed to find out doctor-patient cogni- tive gaps and the factors affecting doctor-patient relationship. Results :There are differences in the understandings of doctor- patient relationship. The undesirable doctor-patient communication leads to the facts that patients don't trust doctors and the poor compliance to medical treatment results from no cure, in technical part, for some diseases. Both patients and doctors hope that the strained doctor-patient relationship can be relieved by reducing drug expense and improving medical workers' remuneration. Conclusions:The building of harmonious doctor-patient relationship is a systematic engineering which re- quires the efforts from government, hospitals, patients and the society.
