| 摘 要： | 通过２８例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血液流变性改变与正常人组１００例对照分析，发现Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血液流变学指标均高于正常人组，以全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积增高为显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），认为该检查可作为Ⅱ型糖尿病病情判断和临床活血化瘀治疗评价的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Contract analysis of hemorheology between 28 cases of diabetes and 100 normal pople was presented.It has been found out from the analysis that the hemorheological indexes of the potients with diabetes type-B was higher than that of the normal people. mainely featured by the obvious increase of whole blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity and packed cell volumn(P<0.01).It is suggested that this test could be an important index in the correct diagnosis of diabetes type-B and in the treatment and appraisal of the clinical blood circulation improvement and the blood stasis removement. |
