应用聚合酶链反应技术检测乳腺肿瘤中EB病毒整合

研究乳腺肿瘤与ＥＢ病毒感染之间的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应检测１０９例乳腺癌组织中ＥＢ病毒ＤＮＡ整合情况。结果８２例乳腺癌中２５例有ＥＢ病毒整合，２０例乳腺纤维腺瘤和７例正常乳腺组织中均无ＥＢ病毒ＤＮＡ整合。乳腺癌组织中ＥＢ病毒整合阳性率为３０．５％，ＥＢ病毒整合与肿瘤淋巴细胞浸润程度无明确关系。结论ＥＢ病毒感染与乳腺癌有关。

DETECTION OF EPSTEIN BARR VIRUS DNA IN BREAST LESIONS BY PCR

PURPOSE To study the relationship between EB virus infection and benign and malignant breast cancer. METHODS The polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to identify Epstein Barr virus DNA in 109 cases of normal individuals and patients with breast fibroadenoma and breast cancer. RESULTS EB virus DNA was found in 25 of 82(30.5%) breast cancer cases and none in breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissue. There was no correlation between EB virus DNA integration and the degree of lymph cell infiltrating in tumor tissues. CONCLUSIONS Epstein Barr virus is associated with breast cancer, but the role of this virus in the carcinogenesis and progression of this disease needs to be studied further.
