血清CA125测定在妇科疾病中的应用价值

探讨血清ＣＡ１２５抗原测定对卵巢上皮癌等妇科疾病的临床应用价值。方法采用放射免疫法测定２０５例妇科疾病治疗前后血清ＣＡ１２５抗原含量。结果以ＣＡ１２５＞３５Ｕ／ｍｌ为阳性，其阳性率在卵巢上皮癌及子宫腺肌症或子宫内膜异位症分别为８４．６％（１１／１３）和６４％（１６／２５）。１１例血清ＣＡ１２５阳性的卵巢上皮癌患者经有效化疗和手术后，有９例＜３５Ｕ／ｍｌ以下。１６例ＣＡ１２５阳性的子宫腺肌症及子宫内膜异位症患者术后６周后均＜３５Ｕ／ｍｌ。当ＣＡ１２５复升高，预示上述疾病复发。结论血清ＣＡ１２５测定对卵巢上皮癌、子宫肌腺症和子宫内膜异位症的诊断、疗效评价和复发预测具有重要意义。

VALUE OF SERUM CA 125 ASSAYS IN GYNECOLOGICAL DISEASES

PURPOSE To investigate the value of serum CA 125 antigen assays in epithelial ovarian cancer and other gynecological diseases. METHODS Two hundred and five patients were studied. The blood samples were taken before and after operation, serum CA 125 levels were determined by radioimmunoassay method. RESULTS The serum CA 125 positive rate(CA 125 >35U/ml)for the epithelial ovarian cancer and uterine adenomyosis or endometriosis were 84.6%(11/13)and 64%(16/25)respectively.The CA 125 level measured in 9 of 11 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer after chemotherapy and operation decreased to <35U/ml When serum CA 125 level increased again, the disease recurred. The serum CA 125 in the 16 patients with uterine adenomyosis or endometriosis were all decreased to <35 U/ml during the six weeks after operation. When CA 125 increased again was proved by surgery and pathology. CONCLUSIONS Measurement by CA 125 is very important in the diagnosis, evaluation of treatment and prediction of recurrence in epithelial ovarian cancer and uterine adenomyosis or endometriosis.
