清开灵注射液联合利巴韦林雾化治疗疱疹性口炎临床观察

目的:观察清开灵注射液联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法:78例疱疹性口炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用清开灵注射液联合利巴韦林超声雾化吸入治疗;对照组给予利巴韦林注射液超声雾化吸入。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组总有效率为76.32%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状、体征消失时间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清开灵注射液联合利巴韦林雾化吸入是治疗疱疹性口炎的较好方法。

Clinical Observationof Ultrasonic Atomization of Qingkailing Injection and Ribavirin in Treatment Patients With Herpetic Stomatitis

Objective TO observe the efficacy of ultrasonic atomi-zation of qingkailing injection and ribavirin on the herpetic stomatitis.Method 78 cases with herpetic stomatitis were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were treated with uhrasonic atomization of qingkailing injection and ribavirin while the control group were treated with ultrasonic atomization of ribavirin.Result The total effective rate was 92.11% in treatment group and 76.32% in control group with significant difference （P〈O.OS）;The clinical symptoms and sign of the treatment group showed significant differences against control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasonic atomization of qingkailing injection and ribavirin is considered to be an effective treatment for herpetic stomatitis.
