桃核真武汤防治慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

目的观察桃核真武汤对慢性肾功能衰竭的防治作用和机理。方法采用腺嘌吟大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型，随机分为正常空白组、病理模型组、尿毒清对照组、桃核真武汤组，造模并治疗后，检测24h尿蛋白定量、血常规、电解质、二氧化碳结合力（CO2-CP）、肾功能（Scr、BUN等）、血清一氧化氮（NO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）等，光镜观察肾脏的病理改变。结果桃核真武汤能改善慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的肾功能，调节电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱，纠正贫血．减少尿蛋白，降低NO、TNF-α水平（P〈0．01），提高SOD含量（P〈0．01），光镜显示能减轻肾脏的损害。结论桃核真武汤对腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭有防治作用。

Experimental Study about Taohe Zhenwu Decoction on Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To study the role and mechanism of Taohe Zhenwu decoction for the prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods The adenine rats with CRF were randomly divided into normal control group, pathological model group, Niaoduqing group and Taohe Zhenwu decoction group. The quantitative detection of 24h urinary protein, blood routine examination, electrolyte, carbon dioxide combining power （CO2-CP）, renal function （Scr, BUN）, serum nitric oxide （NO）, superoxide dismutase （SOD） and tumor necrosis factor-ix （TNF-α） were tested before and after treatment, the kidney pathological changes were observed by optical microscopy. Results Taohe Zhenwu decoction can improve the renal function of CRF rats, adjust the disorder of acid-base balance of electrolyte, correct anemia and decrease urinary protein, reduce NO, TNF-α （P〈0.01） increase SOD （P〈0.01）, and can lessen the damage of renal units. Conclusion Taohe Zhenwu decoction has a role of the prevention and treament on CRF rats induced by adenine.
