Moss Miami内固定系统在腰椎退行性不稳症手术中的应用

目的探讨Moss Miami内固定系统在腰椎退行性不稳症手术治疗中的应用价值.方法 从2002年1月到2003年5月间,对28例腰椎退行性不稳症者采取后路减压、后外侧植骨融合、Moss Miami系统内固定治疗,术后定期摄片随访,对其症状缓解、植骨融合、内固定及感染等并发症情况进行观察.结果所有患者获得16～32个月(平均22个月)的随访,根据JOA评分,本组患者改善率为79%～98%,平均为86%;术后6个月融合率为82.1%,9个月融合率为89.3%;无患者死亡,2例出现局部并发症;无螺钉松动及断裂发生.结论椎弓根螺钉内固定、减压加后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎退行性不稳症具有并发症少、融合率高、疗效好的优点,Moss Miami内固定系统操作简便,切迹低,适用于腰椎退行性不稳症的治疗.

Effect of Moss Miami system on the surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar instability

Objective To evaluate the effect of Moss Miami system on the treatment of degenerative lumbar instability. Method We used the pedicle screw, decompre ssion and latero-posterior fusion operation to treat 28 cases with degenerative lumbar instability from Jan 2002 to May 2003. The followup was given to all the cases in order to find complications, fusion result. Results All cases were fol lowed up for 16 to 32 months(mean 22 months). According to the ceritria of JOA, the cases were 79 to 98 percentage better than preopetative condition;82.1 perce ntage of cases got scuccessful fusion 6 months after opertion 89.3 percentage of cases got scucessful fusion 9 months after operation. No case died,2 cases had local complications,and no screw lossening and break were found. Conclusion The internal fixation of the pedicle screw,decompression and latero-posterior fusio n was a excellent way to the treatment of degenerative lumbar instability,Moss M iami system has the advantage of easy for use,low profile,and is useful for the treatment of degenerative lumbar instability.
