地塞米松和心得安并用治疗Graves’病甲亢的临床研究

目的 观察地塞米松和心得安并用对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’病甲亢患者临床症状和血清甲状腺激素的影响。方法 采用随机配对分组方法把Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’病甲亢患者分为并用地塞米松和心得安组（ＤＰ组）３６例和单用地塞米松组（Ｄ组）３３例。结果 ＤＰ组、Ｄ组治疗３天、７天、１４天后分别与治疗前比较，血清 ＦＴ４、ＦＴ３逐渐降低，Ｔ４／Ｔ３比值和ｒＴ３水平升高；ＤＰ组比Ｄ组血清 ＦＴ４、ＦＴ３降低，Ｔ４／Ｔ３比值和ｒＴ３水平明显升高，均有统计学意义，（ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 并用地塞米松和心得安较单用地塞米松治疗Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’病甲亢能迅速经解Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病甲亢的临床症状；迅逮降低血清ＦＴ４、ＦＴ３水平，两者有协同作用。

Effects of Dexamethasone Combined With Propranolol on Patients With Graves' Hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the effects of dexamethasone combined with propranolol on symptoms and serum thyroid hormones levels in patients with Graves' hyperthyroidism. Method Patients with Graves' hyperthyroidism were divided into the group of dexamethasone in combination with propranolol (Group DP) and dexamethasone - treated Group( Group D) by randomized control study. Results Symptoms were alleviated and serum PT4, FT3 Levels decreased and T4/T3 ratio, rT3 level increased significantly in group DP and group D after treatment,compared with provious treatment(P<0.01);Serum FT4. FT3 levels in group DP were significantly lower than group D after treatment, T4/T3 ratio, rT3 level in group DP was significantly higher than in Group D(P <:0.01) respectively. Conclusion These findings suggest that dexamethasone combined with propranolol is more effective than dexamethasone on symptoms and serum PT4, FT3 levels in patients with Graves' hyperthyroidism; Both dexamethasone and propranolol make serum PT4, PT3 levels lower than propranolol in patients with Graves' hyperthyroidism cooperatively.
