血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与脑梗死的关系

目的研究血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)基因多态性与脑梗死、高血压合并脑梗死之间的相关关系及可能机制。方法对80例脑梗死患者(其中52例为合并高血压的脑梗死)和70例健康对照者用聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分别进行ACE基因插入／缺失(Insertion／Deletion,I／D)多态性测定。分析比较脑梗死组与对照组,高血压脑梗死组与对照组之间ACE基因多态性的分布差异。结果 (1)脑梗死组DD 基因型频率(27．5％)和D等位基因频率(49．4％)与正常对照组(15．7％,40．7％)比较增高,但差异无显著性(P>0．05)。(2)合并高血压的脑梗死组DD基因型和D等位基因频率(32．7％,53．8％)与对照组比较明显增高,且差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论 ACE基因多态性与脑梗死无明显关联性, 但与合并高血压的脑梗死有关,可增加高血压脑梗死的发病危险。

Association between angiotensin converzyme gene Polymorphism and cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of angiotensin con-verzyme(ACE) gene and cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction with hypertension. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction(52 patients with hypertension) were investigated and compared with 70 age-and sex-matched healthy control. The insertion/deletion polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results (1) The frequencies of DD genotype and D allele in patients with cerebral infarction(27. 5%, 49. 4%), but they had not statistical significance(P>0. 05). (2)The frequencies of DD genotype and D allele in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction(32. 7%, 53. 8%) were higher than that of controls(P< 0. 05). Conclusion There was not a significant correlation between the polymorphism of ACE gene and cerebral infarction. The polymorphism of ACE gene played an important role in cerebral infarction with hypertension.
