润燥止痒胶囊联合氢考尿素霜治疗神经性皮炎的疗效观察

目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合氢考尿素霜治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。方法将55例患者随机分为治疗组40例,按照中医诊断辩证标准分为风湿蕴肤证16例(A1组)与血虚风燥证24例(A2组);对照组15例。治疗组均采用润燥止痒胶囊口服,同时外用氢考尿素霜;对照组单独外用氢考尿素霜。连续治疗4周。结果治疗组有效率为85.0%,对照组为53.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组中血虚风燥证有效率高于风湿蕴肤证,其临床痊愈率和显效率也较高。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合氢考尿素霜治疗神经性皮炎疗效确切,以血虚风燥型者疗效更好。

Clinical Effectiveness of Runzaozhiyang Caps in Treating Neurodermatitis Combined with Hydrocortisone-carbamide Cream

Objective To evaluate effect of Runzaozhiyang caps in the treatment of neurodermatitis combined applicating hydrocortisone-carbamide cream. Methods 55 cases of patients with neurodermatitis,40 cases in the test group(group A) were treated with Runzaozhiyang caps associated with hydrocortisone-carbamide cream,which include 16 patients of accumulation in the skin by wind-damp(group A1) and 24 patients of blood deficiency and wind dryness(group A2). 15 cases in the control group (group B)were treated with hydrocortisone-carbamide cream only. All cases were treated for 4 weeks. Result The total effective rate was 85% in the test group,and 53.3% in the control group. The efficacy was compared each other,there was statistical significance between them(P<0.05). Otherwise,the effects were better in group A2 than that in group A1. Conclusion The curative effect of Runzaozhiyang caps is certain in treating neurodermatitis.
