| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活水平的不断提高。健康长寿日益成为人们关注的焦点。自古以来江苏如皋便享有“长寿之乡”的美誉。我们阳光调查小队于2006年7月1日～7月7日在江苏省如皋市进行了为期一周的调查。通过问卷调查、走访，并查询相关资料，分析推测了影响长寿与健康的原因：健康的生活习惯，健康的饮食结构，如皋优越的自然环境等。
