急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI术病人亲属心理状态分析

目的 了解急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI术病人亲属的心理健康状况,并探讨其相关因素.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行设计的相关因素问卷,对76例急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI术病人亲属进行问卷调查,分析其心理状态及相关的影响因素.结果 急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI术病人亲属各项心理症状因子均分均明显高于常模(P<0.05),并受诸多因素影响,其中以手术是否成功、治疗费用二者为著.结论 急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI术病人亲属的心理健康状况较正常人差,均存在不同程度的心理健康问题,应针对不同原因采取相应的干预措施,以提高病人亲属的心理健康水平和生活质量.

Analysis on mental state of family members of patients with acute myocardial infarction and underwent PCI in emergency department

Objective To know the mental health state of family members of patients with acute myocardial infarction and underwent PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) in emergency department, and to explore the related factors. Methods Family members of those 76 patients were surveyed using SCL-90 and self-designed questionnaire of related factors. Their mental states and related influence factors were analyzed. Results The average score of each mental syndrome index of these family members was obviously higher than that of normal (P<0.05). The score was influenced by various factors, especially whether the operation was successful and the therapy cost. Conclusions The mental states of family members of these patients are poor than those of normal people. They have different degree of mental health problem, so we should adopt some intervention measures according to the different reason, thereby improving the degree of mental health and quality of life.
