| 摘 要： | 目的]了解水痘疫苗对学校水痘集中发病的保护效果。方法]选择广州市2004年1月～2005年3月的学校集中发病的水痘病例,按班级、性别、年龄和户籍为每个病例选择1个对照,利用儿童免疫接种证采集相关免疫信息。结果]共有288对病例及对照纳入研究,1剂水痘疫苗对水痘的保护效果为87.9%(95%CI:76.7%～93.7%)。结论]上市后疫苗效果研究表明1剂水痘疫苗对大年龄组儿童水痘有中等的保护效果。

| Abstract: | Objective]To assess the effectiveness of varicella vaccine against varicella occurring in school.Methods]The varicella children in schools of Guangzhou from January,2004 to March,2005 were selected as cases,and each case was selected one control matched by class,gender,age and census register,then immunization records were obtained from Children immunization certificates.Results]A total of 288 pairs were enrolled.The vaccine effectiveness of one dose of varicella vaccine amounted to 87.9%(95%CI:76.7%-93.7%).Conclusions]This post-licensure study of varicella vaccine effectiveness showed that one dose of varicella vaccine has moderate vaccine effectiveness on preventing varicella of older children. |
