西宁市中小学生伤害流行病学调查分析

目的 :了解中小学生伤害发生的流行特点和规律 ,为制定伤害干预措施提供科学依据。方法 :随机整群抽取西宁市 5所中小学校在校学生 5 4 4 9人 ,采取问卷进行流行病学调查和研究。结果 :该人群 7个月内发生伤害 14种 ,伤害发生率为 2 6 .2 4 % ,发生 2种以上伤害者占 30 .2 2 % ,中学生伤害率明显高于小学生 ,男生伤害率明显高于女生。伤害类型排在前 5位的是跌伤、碰伤、刀割伤、烧烫伤和动物咬伤。结论 :中小学生伤害发生与年龄、性别、父母职业、与亲人共同生活否、是否为独生子女有密切关系。伤害已对中小学生构成了严重威胁 ,应采取相应的预防和控制措施

AN EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SURVEY ON INJURIES AMONG STUDENTS IN PRIMARY AND MIDDLESCHOOL OF XINING CITY.

Objective: To get the epidemiological characte ristics of injuries,among students and provide informative for preventive intervention. Me thods: 5449 students from 5 primary of middle schools in Xining city were chosen with cluster sampling. Quest onaires were used for epidemicological survey. Results: 14 types of injuries took place in the past 7 month in the group , the rate was 26.24%, 30.22% of students obtained over 2 injuries. The injuries rate was high er among the students in midde schools than in primary schools. The common 5 types of injuries were slip fall,bruise, stab wound, scald and anhmals bites. Conclusion: Th einjuries among the students are associated with their age and sex , their parents' occupation, and whether they live with their relatives and whether they are singles. Inguries has become a serious problem for students . Interven tive measures should be used prevention and control of surch injuries.
