奥美拉唑预防中枢性应激性渍疡上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的 观察奥美拉唑在预防中枢性应激性溃疡中的作用。方法 在我院住院的178例急性脑血管疾病患者随机分为奥美拉唑预防组、西咪替丁预防组、未使用药物预防组，观察各组发生应激性溃疡上消化道出血的例数。结果 三组应激性溃疡上消化道出血的发生率为奥美拉唑预防组1．7％、西咪替丁预防组11．7％、未使用药物预防组17．2％；奥美拉唑预防组的应激性溃疡上消化道出血的发生率明显低于西咪替丁预防组(P＜0．05)和未使用药物预防组(氏o．05)。结论 对急性脑血管疾病患者预防性应用奥美拉唑，能有效地防止应激性溃疡上消化道出血的发生，从住院总费用分析，具有良好的费用一有效性关系。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Omeprazole on the Prevention of Stress Ulcer with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Followed Neurosurgical Patients

Objective To observe the effect of omeprazole in preventing stress ulcer bleedingfollowed neurosurgical patients. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight inpatients with acute cere-brovascular disease were randomly divided into the prevention group with omeprazole,the with cimetidineand without medicaments.Cases of stress ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were recorded duringhospitalization. Results The rates of stress ulcer with bleeding among the three groups were 1.7% inomeprazole group,11.7% in cimetidine group and 17.2% in without medicaments group.The rate of bleedingin omeprazole group was significant lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Omeprazolecan prevent stress ulcer bleeding in acute cerebrovascular disease and has better cost-effectivenssfollowed the analysis on the costs of hospitalization.
