血管内皮细胞生长因子在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义，及其与ER、PR、C—erbB-2及淋巴结转移之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测48例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中VEGF及其他生物学指标的表达情况，并与临床病理因素进行统计分析。结果48例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中VEGF表达总阳性率为81．25％（39／48），VEGF的表达与患者的年龄及ER、PR的表达无相关性（P〉0．05），而与乳腺浸润性导管癌的淋巴结转移及C-erbB-2密切相关。结论VEGF可能与乳腺浸润性导管癌的进展、转移及预后有关，作为独立的指标对判定预后和制定治疗方案具有参考意义，联合检测ER、PR、C-erbB-2有利于乳腺浸润性导管癌预后判断，乳腺癌恶性程度、浸润转移等生物学行为的参考指标。

Vascular endothelial growth factor in breast in vasive ductal carcinoma and its significance

Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma and analyze their correlations with ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis.MethodsImmunohistochemistry(SP)method was used to detect 48 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast tissue and other biological indicators of VEGF expression,and clinical and pathological factors for statistical analysis.Results48 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinoma VEGF expression in the positive rate was 81.25%(39/48),the expression of VEGF and the age of patients with ER and PR expression(P>0.05),and with breast invasive ductal carcinoma in lymph node metastasis and C-erbB-2 are closely related.ConclusionVEGF may be infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma progress,metastasis and prognosis,as an independent prognostic indicators of determination and the development of treatment programmes to be useful,the joint detection of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 to invasive ductal breast carcinoma prognosis,breast malignancy,invasion and metastasis,such as the biological behavior of reference.
