| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全直肠系膜切除术在中、低位直肠癌治疗中的应用。方法回顾总结采用TME的中、低位直肠癌68例病例资料，分析疗效、局部复发和术后并发症。结果本组随访3个月～2年，围手术期死亡率0（0／68）；2年局部复发率6．45％（2／31）；发生吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄分别为7例（10．29％）、5例（7．35％）。结论TME可有效降低局部复发率，减少术后并发症，保肛率高，可提高患者生活质量和生存率，是治疗中、低位直肠癌的理想手术之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of total mesorectal excision（TME） for middle and low rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 68 cases with middle and low rectal cancer treated by TME were retrospectively analyze including the therapeutic effect,local recurrence, and complications. Results Perioperative death rate was 0（0/68 ）;2-year local recurrence rate was 6.45 % （2/31 ）. The cases with anastomotic leakage and anastomotic constriction was 7 cases（ 10.29% ） and 5 cases （7.35 % ） respectively. Conclusion Total mesorectal excision is a perfect operation for middle and low rectal cancer to reduce local recurrence, decrease postoperative complications, and improve postoperative quality of life of the patients and survival rate. |
